• Uploaded Mother and Father photos (facial data)

• Purchase history
• Credit balance
• AI-generated baby images (linked to the user account)

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

• Device type
• Operating system
• App usage data
• Crash reports and diagnostics

This information is used solely for improving app performance, diagnostics, and security.

2. Facial Data Processing and Third-Party AI Service

2.1 Uploaded Photos

• Users upload two (2) photos in the app.
• Photos are transmitted securely via encrypted HTTPS connection.
• Photos may be temporarily transmitted through Nubiax servers solely for the purpose of forwarding them to the AI service.
• Photos are sent to Google LLC (USA) – Google Gemini AI servicefor AI-based baby image generation.
• Photos are processed solely for generating the requested baby image.
• Photos are not permanently stored in Nubiax servers or databases. Photos are automatically deleted immediately after AI processing is completed and are not retained for training or any secondary purpose.
• Photos are not sold, shared for marketing, or used for advertising.
• Google LLC processes data in accordance with its own privacy policies.

2.2 Generated Baby Images

• AI-generated baby images are stored in our database for user access.
• Generated images are linked to the user account.
• Users can delete generated images at any time.
• All generated images are permanently removed when the user deletes their account.

3. How We Use Information

• Generate AI baby images
• Manage credits and purchases
• Provide account functionality
• Improve app performance and security

We do not sell user data.

4. Payments

• All purchases are processed via Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Nubiax does not collect or store credit card or payment information.

5. Data Retention

• Uploaded photos → Deleted after AI processing is completed
• Generated baby images → Stored until deleted by the user
• User account data → Retained as necessary to provide the service

6. Data Security

• We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal data.
• Data transmitted to Google LLC is encrypted in transit.
• No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as 100% secure.

7. Children’s Privacy

• Nubiax is not intended for children under 13 years old (or applicable legal age in your jurisdiction).
• We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. User Rights

• You may delete your account at any time from the Profile section within the app.
• Upon account deletion, personal data will be permanently removed from our systems, subject to legal obligations.

9. User Consent

• Users must provide explicit consent before their photos are transmitted to Google LLC for AI processing.

10. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of any updates.
